Matthew E. Meagher
President - Denver
Mr. Meagher’s experience in the acquisition and divestiture arena began upon graduation in 1981 from the University of Northern Colorado. From 1985 through 1992, Mr. Meagher was an advisor on Chevron's property divestitures. During this period with Chevron, Mr. Meagher was involved in over $1 Billion of property sales. Since founding Meagher Oil & Gas Properties, Inc. ("MOGPI") in 1985, he has advised in a vast range of property divestitures and developed his firm into one of the most active acquisition and divestiture firms in the industry. Mr. Meagher has an unparalleled understanding of the A&D market and land issues. MOGPI has considerable experience in providing land, engineering, and marketing in the Rocky Mountains, Gulf Coast, Mid-Continent, and California. Transaction sizes have ranged from $1 million to $150 million. In December 1999, Mr. Meagher was voted "Landman of the Year" by the members of the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Julia R. Foster, CPL
Managing Partner - Denver
Ms. Foster has extensive oil and gas accounting and land experience. She received B. A. degrees from Colorado State University and Colorado Women's College and an MBA in Energy Resource Management from the University of Denver. Ms. Foster began her career with Tenneco Oil Company in 1977. She became involved with acquisitions and divestitures during her six years with Petro-Lewis Corporation. From 1984 to 1994, Ms. Foster was an independent landman providing general land and acquisition and divestiture services to Fluor Oil and Gas Corporation, Ladd Petroleum Corporation and Greenwood Holdings, Inc. In 1994, she joined Amoco Production Company where she worked as a landman in the Southern Oklahoma Business Unit, working on acquisitions and divestitures valued at $350+ million. Ms. Foster joined the Meagher team in 1999 and is responsible for the compilation of offering memoranda and brochures for sales packages and for managing the coordination of all engineering, land, accounting and closing activities. Ms. Foster is a Certified Professional Landman and a member of the DAPL, AAPL and Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.

David Bickerstaff
Geologist - Denver
David started his career as a Geologist in 1989 working for Norandas’ Crown Butte gold and copper project in southwest Montana. In 1992 Mr. Bickerstaff joined Equitable Resources, Inc. as a Petroleum Geologist focused on oil field development, including reservoir characterization and water flood design, primarily in the Uinta Basin. David founded his own consulting and exploration firm in 1997 providing acquisition and divestment advisory services, property appraisals, producing property development, oil and gas exploration, and well site geology/geosteering services to a diverse roster of clients in the Rocky Mountain region and Alaska. In addition to his work as a geologist, David has developed expertise in industry computer applications, teaching related courses through the Petroleum Transfer Technology Council (PTTC) and the Rocky Mountain Section of the AAPG. Mr. Bickerstaff joined the Meagher team in 2005 and provides geologic and technical services including property evaluation, enhancement and presentation. David a Registered Professional Geologist in the State of Wyoming and a member of RMAG and AAPG. Mr. Bickerstaff received his BA degree in Geology from the University of Montana.

Christopher J. McCarthy, P.E.
VP Engineering Rockies - Denver
Mr. McCarthy began his career in 1999 with Marathon Oil Company’s Petroleum Technology Center as a Reservoir Engineer. During this period with Marathon, he gained valuable experience in their research and development laboratories, and provided in-house consulting services on a broad range of domestic and international projects. He joined Marathon’s Oklahoma Business Unit in 2001 providing appraisals on producing property development, acquisitions, and divestments. After leaving Marathon in 2003, Mr. McCarthy joined EOG Resources’ Rocky Mountain Division. With EOG, he led engineering efforts on many conventional and unconventional exploration and development plays throughout the Rocky Mountain region. Mr. McCarthy joined the Meagher team in 2006 and is responsible for engineering services, including technical property evaluation, reserve estimation, economic modeling, production forecasting, and presentation. Mr. McCarthy is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wyoming and a member of SPE and RMAG. Mr. McCarthy holds a BA degree in Engineering Mathematics from Carroll College and a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech.

Teri L. Williams
Chief Operating Officer - Tulsa
Ms. Williams is a registered land professional with broad experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning her career in Oklahoma City as Land Manager for U.S. Mineral & Royalty Corporation. From 1986 through 1992, Ms. Williams worked for Fairchild Oil Corporation, a Canadian-based company producing and exploring primarily in the Arkoma Basin. In 1992, she joined Sullivan and Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she served in dual roles as Land Manager and overseeing acquisitions and divestitures. Ms. Williams is a member of AAPL, IPAA, TAPL, OCAPL and ADAM Energy Forum. She currently serves as Regional Chairman of the Mid-Continent IPAA Business Development Committee. Ms. Williams joined Meagher Oil & Gas Properties, Inc. in 2001 and served as Vice President from 2004 through 2008. She was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Meagher Oil & Gas Properties, Inc. in 2008.

Jacque L. Semple
Project Coordinator - Tulsa
Ms. Semple began her career in the industry in 1974 with Dyco Petroleum Corporation as the primary assistant to the Vice President of North American Drilling and Production. Subsequently she was Assistant to the Land Manager for Grand Resources in Tulsa, Oklahoma until 1986 when she became partner in StarGas Corp., an independent oil and gas exploration and production company. There she had multifaceted responsibilities including land management, acquisitions and divestitures, gas contracts and joint interest relationships. In 1996 she joined Sullivan and Company as Assistant to the Vice President of Exploration and Production and left to work the Mid-Continent as Vice President of Marketing for the Oil & Gas Journal Exchange. Ms. Semple joined MOGPI in August 2002 as Mid-Continent Project Coordinator, working out of the Tulsa office. She is responsible for the compilation of all engineering, land, accounting data and closing activities as they relate to MOGPI Tulsa advisories. Ms. Semple is a member of the OIPA, TAPL, OCAPL.

Jim L. Wilson
Vice-President, Engineering- Mid-Continent - Tulsa
Jim joined Meagher in January 2008 after more than 12 years as A&D Manager with Ward Petroleum Corporation in Enid, OK. After starting his career as a completions engineer with Mobil Oil in Bakersfield, CA in the late 80's, Jim moved back to Oklahoma in 1995 and led Ward’s Business Development activities in the Mid-Continent Region. Jim has gained broad engineering experience during his career, progressing through various assignments including production, drilling, completions, reservoir and property evaluations. A registered professional engineer in Oklahoma, Jim serves on the National Board of Directors for the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers, Chairman of the SPEE Qualifications Committee and as Chairman of the Oklahoma City Chapter of SPEE. He is a graduate of The University of Tulsa (B.S.- Petroleum Engineering, M.B.A.- Finance), and an active member of SPE.

Bob McNulty
Petroleum Engineer - Tulsa
Mr. McNulty has over 30 years of industry experience with field operations, reserve evaluation, prospect analysis, and software development. He was employed by several Oklahoma-based exploration companies, including Harper Oil, Kaiser-Francis, Colt Resources and Cimarex, before establishing a reservoir engineering consulting practice in 2004. Since joining Meagher Oil & Gas in early 2007, he performs engineering analysis for all projects that come through the Tulsa office and provides technical support to Meagher’s clients. He holds a BS degree in Physics from Vanderbilt University, an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. He is a 25-year member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and a licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma and Kansas.

Michael J. Newport
Land Manager - Houston
Mr. Newport has been actively involved in land management since 1979. He began his career with Amoco in New Orleans supervising brokers and preparing contracts. After Amoco, he spent 15 years with an independent oil company where he was responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, exploration projects (acquisitions/sales) and due diligence. He spent the next seven years managing landmen (land brokers) on projects (property acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, lease acquisition) for clients in Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. He received a BBA in Finance, PLM and MBA degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Newport joined MOGPI in 1998 and manages the Houston office.
