GMT will entertain offers for the entirety.
- 22 horizontal PDP wells across 9 DSUs
- 5-year drilling plan includes 60 locations
- GMT owned and operated midstream
- 4.6% interest in eight new 3-mile Civitas wells
- 26,000 leasehold acres (~62% HBP)
- By July 2028, production from 32 proven undeveloped locations adds 3,500 net BOEPD and $4.9MM/month operating cashflow
- Licensed 3D seismic covering majority of the acreage block
- September 2025 PDP net cashflow of $800k and 724 BOEPD (87% Liquids)
- NTM GMT operated PDP cashflow of $3.0MM, NTM Civitas non-op PDP cashflow of $3.2MM
