Meagher Oil and Gas Properties (“MOGPI”) was founded in 1985 by Matthew Meagher alongside Meagher Energy Advisors, which was a pioneer in transactional advisory services.

For forty years, MOGPI has been investing in minerals, royalties, overriding royalties, and non-operated working interests. MOGPI also partners with other family offices, co-investing in energy assets and managing these portfolios in-house from a technical basis.

MOGPI is headquartered in Denver with technical staff specializing in petroleum geology, land, economic evaluation and data science.
